Still now the worst banking app in Bangladesh!!! Server remains busy when you need most!!! No NPSB,RTGS facilities!!!! You cannot open DPS,FDR from app… Need more improvements…
It was working properly while I was in Bangladesh but after I left Bangladesh it’s not working anymore even I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But last year it was working properly even I was in abroad.
Worst banking app i have ever used. All time server issue. They deserve -5 star.
I gave my information's to register in this app but it says "Unable to acquire JDBC Connection;nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Unable to" this things should be fixed ASAP!

The app is organise and very comfortable to use. It’s very helpful for me to operate my bank account 7/24 smoothly.
This apps only work in Bangladesh 😥some other Bank apps work from anywhere else. And OTP should be sent to customers phone and email too. Please update the apps more quickly,
