I purchased the monthly subscription, but when I tried to play a Korean series, the app gave me an error. I contacted support, but they only sent a bunch of useless troubleshooting templates that were of no help. After repeatedly explaining the issue and getting no real assistance, I’ve had enough and demanded a refund. The reply I received was, “There is no option for a refund.” I’ve never heard such reasoning from anyone before. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and regret subscribing in the first place.

Hello team, I have been facing this issue since long. Since I work long hours in work space I will download movie offline and watch later but from few months download is not working it was loading for long time.

Encouraging young and new talents is good . But can’t really see them in lead roles and there over acting E.g. watched CSI sanathan because of its 7.8 rating - dude what’s that over acting 🙏 who gave him a role of lead actor 🙃 , couldn’t watch film for even 1 hr . There’s very limited new shows and movies with good actors. I paid 56 CAD for 4K lol 😂 dude this is what I get to watch for in 4K . Some of the films seem like they were taken will cell phones 😔. Allu Arjun sir , I have a deep respect for Telugu and Aha under your name is brand for telugu movie sir, please keep its reputation at least 25% as high as your reputation 🙏. I have deep respect for your values and Telugu due to which I am unable to give 1* .

1. Please update the app in such a way that it is user friendly. 2. To forward, it takes forever 3. To buffer/ updates it takes forever 4. Cannot go back to a movie/ series wherever we left…. I need to go and search manually for it. 5. Watching any reality program, If I have to watch the latest episode I need to go to the last episode by moving forward, please update it as last in first out format. Not worth the dollars that I pay for subscription. Need a lot of improvements.

Aha Video Application one of the reputed OTT platform for Telugu people across the world. But 1. Subscription is not worthy 2. TV app is full of bugs 3. It crashes at least 10 times a day To the developer and team: Please try to fix the bugs instead of new features. It’s so frustrating for any user to use bug application. All I can Say TV application became worst after September 2022, so please fire your project manager, really doing worst If I have chance to give negative ratings I would love to. I am a QA Team Lead and never seen a OTT platform with this many bugs
