Offline download is not working
Hello team, I have been facing this issue since long. Since I work long hours in work space I will download movie offline and watch later but from few months download is not working it was loading for long time.

3rd grade moves and shows
Encouraging young and new talents is good . But can’t really see them in lead roles and there over acting E.g. watched CSI sanathan because of its 7.8 rating - dude what’s that over acting 🙏 who gave him a role of lead actor 🙃 , couldn’t watch film for even 1 hr . There’s very limited new shows and movies with good actors. I paid 56 CAD for 4K lol 😂 dude this is what I get to watch for in 4K . Some of the films seem like they were taken will cell phones 😔. Allu Arjun sir , I have a deep respect for Telugu and Aha under your name is brand for telugu movie sir, please keep its reputation at least 25% as high as your reputation 🙏. I have deep respect for your values and Telugu due to which I am unable to give 1* .
User experience is not good
1. Please update the app in such a way that it is user friendly. 2. To forward, it takes forever 3. To buffer/ updates it takes forever 4. Cannot go back to a movie/ series wherever we left…. I need to go and search manually for it. 5. Watching any reality program, If I have to watch the latest episode I need to go to the last episode by moving forward, please update it as last in first out format. Not worth the dollars that I pay for subscription. Need a lot of improvements.
Premium subscription is very bad
Paying 8 cad for premium subscription, but getting lots of ads, what is the subscription for? Cancelling my subscription asap.

Doesn’t even load offline downloaded videos
TV App is full of bugs
Aha Video Application one of the reputed OTT platform for Telugu people across the world. But 1. Subscription is not worthy 2. TV app is full of bugs 3. It crashes at least 10 times a day To the developer and team: Please try to fix the bugs instead of new features. It’s so frustrating for any user to use bug application. All I can Say TV application became worst after September 2022, so please fire your project manager, really doing worst If I have chance to give negative ratings I would love to. I am a QA Team Lead and never seen a OTT platform with this many bugs
Bad streaming quality
Streaming quality not that great. Video buffers often.
Worst customer service
I didn’t even intend to subscribe but charged automatically on credit card and when I contact customer support they don’t even respond to resolve the issue
App is crashing and working intermittently. Please fix app issues asap

Request to Aha Team to acquire Classical movies
Hello Team Aha, I am a Telugu movie Fan and believe Telugu film industry is a great place for people to make great movies. I did my undergrad in Tamil Nadu and wanted to show our classic Films like Aditya 369, Anji, Aa Naluguru, Aithe, Leader and many many more( to my Tamil and Malayalam friends) I request you to please acquire these type of films with the best quality and please provide subtitles for them. When I suggest these films to my friends, they quickly raise the issue of subtitles. It feels sad not to be able to show off that we have done great films all this time. Please look into this An Ardent Telugu cinema lover I provided these names only as examples. This is to mention that there are many many movies which we can still put on our website with subtitles.
