It’s very frustrating that app keeps reloading and every time it’s not keeping the session open and always need to login.. when I don’t have my phone with me I can’t watch anything.. it’s totally strange why the developers can’t keep the session longer…
If it works I can give a review, I was debited more than a month ago and have send endless emails about my issue - once in while they send a new resolution which obviously doesn’t help or resolve anything.every time you want to follow up they create a new case is and new not- helpful resolution is provided - they don’t go back to read all your 99 emails, no escalation matrix even you have been following up like me for a month. If you are outside country and you switched istore to other country for aha and if you Are unable to watch any content - best of luck in getting a refund or get the service running on your app - it’s not gonna happen, don’t lose money until you know for sure their services or support is available for your country. The most not-at-all helpful customer service I have encountered so far.
