I submitted my claim on the 22nd of sept 2023 for 42 myr which I went to the clinic and the rejection claim was I did not use my card at the hospital and on that day the app was not working, up till now I have not gotten any response.kindly respond to my request

The AIA app is outdated and unreliable. During my visit to Prince Court Medical Centre, it still reflected my 2024 policy limit instead of the updated 2025 limit. This caused unnecessary delays as the hospital had to reapply for a Guarantee Letter (GL). Despite contacting AIA and being assured that their internal system was updated, the app and hospital system were not synchronized. This inefficiency wasted my time and is unacceptable for a service as critical as medical insurance. AIA needs to address this issue immediately.

It just doesn’t allow me to login and the customer service will give the same resolution which is to uninstall and reinstall, clear cache but it doesn’t work. Such a waste as my vitality points doesn’t get added. Extremely exhausting dealing with this app and no one in AIA Malaysia seems to have a proper solution.
