After the recent update I have been unable to buy vouchers. It shows session expired. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times and logged out and logged in another 5. There seems to be no solution.
I am unable to load Vitality health review to claim points.
Cmon latest app still can’t sync my activities properly. How about you get your devs to use the app daily. I don’t want to have to keep emailing support to manually sync my missing data. The data is clearly in my apple health app , AIA app has permission to read it why can’t you get this right… 😟
The latest update for version 1.1.1. has caused the app buggy and it is not syncing
I do not believe the way that the health and age is assessed is a true reflection of one’s health as it depending on how and when one takes these test (especially if one is female) the results may not be a true reflection of one’s health. Also, I don’t understand why the rate of the health insurance keeps rising while our rewards for meeting fitness goals has been the same for the past 3 years! I don’t want to even start about the other insurance app which I can’t even login to despite calling them several time and asking for help. I’m only staying for the half priced gym membership and as soon as I cancel my gym membership I will change my provider.
The first few iterations of the app were a bit clunky but now everything is pretty straight forward and quick and easy to use.
Does everything it says, but the sync between apps is really poor and inconsistent, requires unacceptable amounts of micro-management to ensure points are correctly applied.
The concept is good, get rewards for exercising. However as an app, it’s frustrating as your efforts are not recognised or refreshed in a timely manner. It almost seems like there is some cheap labour in a 3rd world country manually checking up and updating your scores in a few days. I have used this this app for over 3 years and unless you are in there everyday trying to refresh it, it won’t update and reflect your effort. I wonder if it’s even needed. What is even more frustrating is that I see no real reason to log in and go through this pain. It’s ad free and doesn’t provide any daily health tips or offers. A poor implementation of gamification theory.
After switching from Fitbit to Apple watch, the data never sync automatically, always required to go into account to manually click on sync for the app to update. Never had this issue with Fitbit.
