My binding code didn’t work when I opened my earbuds and I contacted customer support and no answer I called them and still no answer

The code they sent became invalid after only one time using them, and now they are useless. Wendy a waste of money.

When I try to log in it said email failed

App would not bind to the earphones. It says code is invalid. I cannot use it to translate without the app.

In trying to connect my earphones I need a code. Send Code states it waits for 59s but the code take at least 90s to get to my email. Please allow for more time to receive this necessary code and to enter it! That will help immensely!

Im very disappointed in this. It wont connect to my phone. I followed the directions and still nothing. This is real garbage. Nothing in the app works. You cant delete your account. Scam

Nothing works as advertised, it has poorly written instructions and the app instructions are not any better. I wasted money on buying the earbuds and should have known better. Don’t waste your money on this app, find one that works. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.
