I like this app but I tired to log in my account to use the translation but its not letting me fixed that one problem because it is the reason I gave it 3 stars if it was not a problem I would gave it 5 stars

I can’t get the language to work because I have no idea what the device code is…this sounds like a real ripoff and may be worse than TikTok!

Cuando lo quiero conectar para utilizar la traducción de idiomas no se puede y al escanear el QR no acepta el código del dispositivo, muy mal los auriculares
Device will not bind
Cannot get the device to bind. I am typing in the correct code and it says invalid. There is no clear customer service number or email to contact for customer support Help.
Bind no Headphones yes
Like many reviews on this app, I could connect to the ear phones but I could not bind them to the software. I can listen to music on my phone but not use the translation software.
