25 or 30% of the time, when the doorbell rings and I try to answer it, it doesn’t work. It’s kind of frustrating sometimes it’s just easier to run down and open the door.

Too hard to setup and program

This app stopped working on my iPhone. Error message says the microphone is disabled but there is no setting in the app, or in my phone settings, to enable permissions for the microphone. My colleague with an iPhone reports the same.

Hardly ever functional

It takes a long time for the video to load, leaving people waiting and waiting for you to respond to the buzzer.

This app used to be pretty quick to pick up when someone called from the door. It now takes a good 15 seconds to answer. The UI changed a bit, but none of that should warrant taking such a long time to answer.

Way too many steps to answer the phone

To slow to respond my visitors leave before the I pad will pull up voice or visual

When I originally downloaded the app I was able to open the door. I can’t even open the door anymore. They Need to work on the system.

This app has to be the worst. I’ve had the unit over 2 years and keep having issues where my. Tenants can not open the door, see the video recording, speak or even access the system for themselves or guest. System keeps giving a communications error and is so slow to load or access. No it’s not a problem with internet or wireless load. It’s simply the app feature is garbage. I’m thinking of getting rid of the system all together if the bug isn’t fixed soon.
