Book your next trip using cash, or by redeeming your Aeroplan points. You can now also book with a combination of Points + Cash, or even pay 100% of your fare using points, including taxes, fees, and charges.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING
By presenting timely updates on your home screen, you'll always be up to date. Action cards prompt you when it's time to check-in, show your upcoming flight status, and even offers your flight's menu when it's almost time to eat on flights offering meal service.

NOW BOARDING
As your flight approaches, your boarding pass will appear throughout the app for quick access. Your boarding passes are saved for offline use in the app but can also be added to Apple Wallet.

Poorly integrated and buggy

Poorly integrated application. In my experience, after completing the check-in, I just get a generic unhelpful error message that pops up. From there, my trip is not added to my profile and I can’t download the boarding pass. I had to re-do on the website. Glorified web browser that doesn’t not help in my case.

Can't believe it ...

Bad programmed - very slow - no changes possible to any booked flights - confusing - always have to cancel the once booked flights and had to book new once, even I HAD only to change the departure DAY ... very frustrating app to use here at the continent/Europa ... neither the app nor its possibilities does NOT leave ANY good impression ... Thank you for having the app to reinstall 35 times and IT STILL NOT WORKS - WHAT is going on ...

Une bonne compagnie aérienne mérite une application meilleure que Aéroplan qui est complètement nulle.

Unusable

Impossible to connect to Aeroplan, impossible to add a trip. This despite removing and re-installing the app (different wifi or 3G used so not a network problem).

Terrible!

loved the app before the „upgrade“. Now, just useless. Worst airline app now. So disappointing. Will avoid AC now altogether, if they care for their planes like they care for their app.....

Mise à Jour Nulle !

Cette nouvelle mise à jour et ce changement de look (Novembre 2019) est une catastrophe, vous avez complètement régresser. Je la désinstalle immédiatement 👎🏻 Revenez à l’ancienne version !!!!

I use this App since longer time without any problem. This App is real very helpful and useful.

Don‘t use the Air Canada App

I don‘t recommend Air Canada‘s app at all! On the days before my flight back from Vancouver to Zurich, the app offered me an upgrade to Premium Econony for CAD 332.00 to which I agreed to. After I clicked OK and my credit card was charged, a notification popped up „this offer is no longer valid“. 8 weeks later and several complaints via email and phone calls the CAD 332.00 still haven‘t been refunded. SO LOUSY Air Canada!!

Spyware!

Beware! The Air Canada app records your screen with the use of Glassbox API and sends it to its own server including sensitive data such as credit card and passport details! See the report on TechCrunch!
