Air France - Book a flight

I reserved a seat for my flight from Paris to Johannesburg about a week ago and now I needed to pay to choose a seat again this is really bad even I travel in buisiness class so 1 star.

User friendly App, well presented advertisement, keep good work..

It has been a very bad booking experience. I’m travelling with a kid and an infant, I called first time the contact centre and the agents were not able to see the bassinets request. Called another day and a really nice agent (male) helped Me block the sits for 3 out of 4 of my flights. 1 is not available. For me 5 year old he mentioned if I want him to stay as close as possible to me he needs to be on the back row but I need to pay to secure his seat, he is only able to reserve mine. So as my mom is also travelling I only told him to help me block mine. It was done and we hung up the line. On the app I saw the seats were reflecting with the bassinet. After 5 days I entered again to to app to find out my seat with bassinet was no longer blocked and available for people to book! I called immediately the service centre and they advised me that because I did not pay for the seats they released them! I explained them I was never told I needed to pay any how can they just released them automatically without even contacting me. I am having a 20+ hours flight and it is not acceptable. Also I’ve travelled with many other airlines (emirates, British, Turkish, Etihad) and is the first time they ask me to pay to block a seat with a bassinet. Totally disappointed.

Easiest airline app out there, well done

Since the last updates, application is always asking to re-login. Not talking re-login after every update but after every closing the app. A minimum of remembering the ID or flying blue number for a faster longin.

This is the second booking I have made in 2 months where my card gets debited and the booking isn’t made. I had to switch to the website. I have to call air france service center tomorrow to get reimbursed.. again. Also I always have to login whenever I open the app. How about Face ID? This needs a bit work

Extremely user friendly and functional. Always up to date and keeps adding useful options and features. The app offers many related services (access and amend any of your trip details, additional services like hotel and car booking, city guides, etc.) that makes the journey planning much more convenient and easy. While checked-in The e-boarding pass has all the necessary information for your trip that keeps you efficiently and conveniently updated. Excellent work and services! France is in the air and through this application it is now everywhere!

Slow and poor app.

Application très utile. Mais ne s’ouvre plus sur ma tablette IPad 2 car veut une mise à jour alors que la dernière version a déjà été téléchargée et que mon appareil est à jour… La. Version suggérée n’est pas proposée par mon iPad. Donc impossible de se servir de la tablette pour suivre et réserver les vols. Je dois utiliser mon téléphone….
