Change of seats
I just tried to change my seats for the flight tomorrow and it didn’t work at all. Disappointing, not sure what is wrong with the app.
Problem
The problem freezes. Hello, I have a problem with the application on the iPhone 12 mini. When I move to bonus l bookings where I have a saved trip, everything freezes at that moment and I can't get anywhere. I have to turn the app off and on again. even reinstalling doesn't improve anything. Thank you for your help.
Check-in doesn’t work
This application isn’t usefull. After checking you just get message, that you should ask for your Boarding pas on the counter on Airport. Wellcome in 2024 electronic exchange of documents! Just waiste of time with stupid application which doesn’t provide basical service. Another waiste of time is to go early on Airport and wait on counter. The AF service is worst in this than all cheap airlines.

l'application se bloque, s'exécute lentement et comporte de nombreuses erreurs. les cartes d'embarquement ne peuvent souvent pas être affichées.
Add boarding pass to wallet
The button to add a boarding pass to the wallet is not available anymore after the recent update
So bad
even though I completed the booking and payment for the upgraded seat more than two months ago, it is not possible to complete the check in the day before departure. I paid 12,000 miles / €80 for the seat of my choice and the app shows me that I'll probably be sitting somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened to me in a row. The app also doesn't allow me to preview the seating chart on the plane the day before departure. However, the seat number that I have in my confirmation email after payment does not match the number that the app shows me the day before departure. So I can do absolutely nothing but wait to be surprised again before boarding the plane.
