The AppStore lets me download an older version of the app, but when I open the app it forces me to update to the newest version in order to use it. But, I can’t update to the newest version. Since it won’t let me use even basic features of the app without updating, the app is now useless. Terrible loop that is lazy from the developers to get published.
STOP
Can you please just STOP your app forcing an upgrade on my phone which is not capable of supporting the upgrade. Otherwise I will NOT be able to use the app and will be much less likely to be able to travel with you. Not everyone wants the latest iPhone. Thank you.
Broken widget
Widget does not clear expired “time to think” travel options. An expired option stuck around for some days, before I logged out of the app and logged in again. This is a bit useless and could not have been design-intent.

No boarding pass in app??
Totally frustrated. Impossible to get boarding passes in the app. But when I got to the AF website on my laptop I can! Can’t even do that on my phone though as I’m forced onto the app Please fix!!!!!!

Philip Hobson One of the few airlines in Europe that still offer a coffee & light snack, even just a madelain on an economy flight. British Airways charge you, they are no better than Ryanair. Love Air France!

The only difficulty is with the passport scanning- really tricky as passport are laminated . Had to do it manually.
Suddenly needs IOS 16.0 and does not open otherwise
… so goodbye app really annoying but I will not get a new phone because of that!
One big bug still not fixed
For the last few months my bookings do not appear on the app. Apparently AF is working on it since I am not an isolate case.
