When trying to redeem my air miles the system rejects me and ask me to update my profile that is already updated

app has a major issue - any person below 17 years old considered as a child on the app and system doesn't the person with the Date of Birth below 2006 be registered as adult in the hotel bookings. And obviously hotels consider any kid above 12 years as an adult, so when they see "child" in the booking, they demand to pay extra, so you lose both miles and money. Support is useless

This was the most excruciating customer service I have ever had to sit through. Not able to login with registered email or password. Everytime I try to re-set the account and set a new password that also doesn’t work even though it says successfully changed password. When contacting the customer services they can’t even locate my correct account and unable to match my information which I can guarantee is correct.

For the past few months, I've been receiving emails from the air miles program notifying me that my miles are about to expire. However, whenever I attempt to log in to address the issue, the login process seems stuck in an endless loop, preventing me from accessing my account.

I have purchased for tens of thousands of dirhams from SharafDG but I never received my points. Called the customer service at least 6 times and they never resolved it.

This app doesn’t load even after multiple attempts and restarting the phone several times. Extremely poor app!

Never works - always just sticks on loading. Absolute garbage

Log in issue in IPhone 15. The app is not updated for the new versions of IPhones.

I didn’t use the Airmiles more than 1,5 years cause they have canceled a program with most partners and now they have deactivate my account and it’s useless now. All my points there and not possible to use unless I have to spend money on other outlets Useles really I just deleted this app forever I suggest to others also
