Absolute waste of time . I can’t believe they have not been shut down yet by the local authorities for misleading customers .

Really needs lots of improvement to work well. When, for instance, looking for a hotel and you get the list of results and you click on one hotel for more info, there is no back button to get back to your search results. 🤯 You click the back arrow and then end up on the home page again. Then you need to launch an entire new search again, really not convenient at all for booking travel.

Garbage app designed in India to steal your login.AVOID

The app crashes, doesn’t always work, and the offers are just not attractive. Will definitely change bank.

In 2021 I accumulated more than 200,000 points with Airmiles and redeemed my points for Careem Vouchers. None of the vouchers codes I received from Airmiles are working! I tried to contact customer service multiple times and the issue is still not resolved… they say “management is looking into it”… it’s been weeks!! Horrible service.

This app is not easy to use or set up it wouldn’t let me sign in using my email address and password that I have with air miles The support was not helpful and wanted to confirm my information airmiles has to help me with my problems and than didn’t answer back just wasted my time. When I tried to set up it would not let me choose Canada as my country so wouldn’t accept my email address and phone number. This app is a waste of time

I just signed up for Air Miles and downloaded the app. But I can’t sign up because the app requires a phone number and automatically defaults to UAE, Bahrain and Sudan! I’m in Canada! And I can’t change it. I can’t even enter my actual phone number. Just think for second how many potential users you are losing over poor design! And I haven’t even seen inside the app yet!! Cancel whatever cheque you used to pay this developer and the person who approved the specs.

This app just isn’t super user friendly and has an extremely irritating and obnoxious prompt to allow location tracking. I don’t want to share my location; get the message and move on.

It is much easier to use the app than carry the card. The new update has made the process easy and convenient.
