airCloud Go Reviews

Drops out constantly

ArianGor on

Australia

Drops out constantly from both Airtouch app and Google Home. Support says it’s a network issue which it’s not as we manage many devices on this network and only Hitachi Airtouch has a problem

App wifi setup issues

BneReviews on

Australia

Brand new 4xAC multi split setup with extra Wifi dongle for each, can never get them to connect to the app/AirCloud, be it WPS or AP. Is there a WPA2 character limit that’s not in the manual?

Useless

Deftone-x- on

Australia

This app is useless. Worked for a week, now my air conditioning don’t show up in the app. Tried adding them again. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still not working. Now the wifi adapters I have on my air cons are wasted and cost me $250 for nothing. Fix this app!!!

Could be better

Figgyj on

Australia

Wifi units refuse to hunt for wifi so unless you have a 100% reliable internet connection and electricity supply, they will disconnect and never reconnect again. Literally every other wifi connected appliance in my house knows how to reconnect after a wifi outage except these units. I contacted customer support and they told me to get an electrician to put my Aircons on a separate circuit so I can reset them. Apparently this is a better solution than just updating the firmware to make it like every other smart appliance- useable. Not very impressed with Hitachi but when the units are connected, it works well.

Emacs80 on

France

Nul

Vraiment dessus de la programmassions

La palme de nullissime

Plomberie corsica on
