Multiple times they’ve said they’ve made an in person delivery when they have not. You can be standing in front of your door and that say that they’ve completed the delivery. They don’t take any responsibility so it falls on you to try to get a refund for the stuff that they did not deliver.

Many times delivery after 22:00, at times close to midnight, which is far too late. App good but ‘stressful’ as the delivery always runs substantially late

Nice concept to deliver to the door. But what if I don’t want that? There seems to be no option to drop off at the neighbor or a kiosk, and they always arrive at the most inconvenient time. Maximum hassle, minimum result.

Hvad nytter det at I har branchens smarteste leveringssystem, når nogle af jeres chauffører konsekvent snyder og undlader levering, selv om det er muligt? Blev fuppet både 29.02 og 1.03, KLAMT!

The Company only does deliveries In the evening 17-22, but since I mostly use my Company as the delivery place (and the reception closes 16:30) I can’t take delivery of any goods from Amazon. What a stupid 3rd party vendor Amazon has chosen. No more business from me. Also Airme (which I never heard of before) are sending me strange text messages to my phone. Why does Amazon not its own name when planning a delivery?! What a crazy setup.

Det er dejligt at man kan se præcis hvor chaufføren er, så man ved om der er tid til at gå ned og hente smør i Netto, eller om han kommer om 5 minutter!
