Don’t bother buying
I’m unable to recommend the Resmed Air Mini, despite deleting and reinstalling the app countless times, this machine doesn’t hold its Bluetooth connection for more than a few days at a time and often not even for one day. Trying to connect the device is an exercise in frustration. If you’re looking for a small portable device with Bluetooth connectivity, I suggest you look elsewhere and find a device that actually works as it should. The company must be aware of the appalling reviews of this product and I only wish I’d done more research before buying from the slick salesperson at Perth CPAP. This machine is rubbish. I’m surprised that there isn’t a class action for faulty goods, if there is I’d be happy to join.
App needs fix please
Mirroring previous comments from others, the Bluetooth connectivity is simply appalling on this app. Trying to reconnect is painful, your device will not appear in list (regardless of blue flashing light) and the only way to resolve this is to turn off at the wall. Wouldn’t know about the data issues as I haven’t had functional Bluetooth for long enough to record a data set (cannot be bothered turning the device off at the wall everyday to resolve the Bluetooth issue but seems I will have issues accessing my own data to look forward to also.
Pay a fortune for this device team, some important fundamental to iron out here.
So far, unimpressed.
Update
I’ve recently switched back to the AirMini from my new 11 because the mask/setup is better, but the details for my results are lacking the detail of the 11.
Might be time for an update guys!

Stopped working
Connectivity is terrible.
I have once again went to check on my data and its been disconnected for more than a week. I now cant reconnect at all. Very disappointing! 🤨
App overdue for update
It’s missing many key features of the MyAir app for larger Resumes machines
Hopeless Bluetooth connectivity
It seems that the company does not take seriously the complaints about poor Bluetooth connectivity which have been apparent for years. Perhaps it’s time we all switched to a different manufacturer. Such a shame because the machine itself is fine.
Unreliable connection
The app needs to be forgotten and machine unplugged and reinstalled every couple of days. This is becoming a real pain. I love the portability but other than that it is a pain. It seems like this has been an issue for many years and still hasn’t been fixed. Not great for a medical device.
Can’t connect to Bluetooth
When I first received and used my Air Mini I downloaded the app and had no issues with connecting to my phone via Bluetooth. ( However it was annoying that I had to reconnect every night.)
Now after only using it for a week, it won’t connect to Bluetooth at all. I have checked the settings on my phone and deleted then reloaded the app to no avail. Extremely frustrating.
