Terrible customer service!
I have purchased the pro version, I also purchased the year subscription and was never recognized by the App, by changing to another subscription I was charged again and when asking for support to customer service, they asked me to send proof of purchase and have not replied. I have sent three reminders in nearly a week, a expensive product for a terrible customer service!
