Regularly have to reconnect with Alexa
I have an issue where every few weeks I have to keep re-linking this app to Alexa. I have had this AC unit for a year and I must have been forced to reconnect about 30 times. I thought I was alone in this issue but I can many others have commented that they are having the issue. Come on Fujitsu get a grip and support your customers!
Try and register and I just get 'an unknown error occurred'. I guess this is about what you'd expect from the company behind the Post Office Horizon scandal.
This app has stopped working and will only work in direct mode. Cannot create an account and now I just get error messages
Just had my air conditioning installed and managed to get both units set up with the app in 10 minutes and and works great with Alexa!
Perhaps it was designed to be basic but it's stripped down functionality leaves it wanting. Also as we have a commercial building, we wanted two people to register to operate the devices. We cannot make this work at all. Only one remote operator. Poor
I have been using the FGLair on my iPhone without any major issues. I want to control my unit via Alexa and this is the only option. I cannot get it to connect to the unit using my iPhone. My unit is compatible according to the website but no amount of trying will get it to connect to the app. I have gone back to the FGLair app and will have to live without Alexa control. Please make it easier to connect
Bought air con in June, now October and the app has ceased functioning and does not allow me to log in or change password etc. I have deleted the app and reloaded it and its exactly the same,fill in all the details yet none of the login buttons function which means i cant control my unit when im out and about.
It works fine for me and setup was quite straightforward. Note for developers: please allow the ability to display the installing location of the units on the main page of the app rather than the long SSID code which is impossible to remember. Once you have more than a couple of units the only choice is to go into settings every time to figure out which unit I want to control. Thank you.
As some other reviewers have pointed out, the app crashes at the last step when registering the indoor unit. Unusable in its current state (at least for me!)
