I installed tha app and after many times it worked. Now i try to manage from remote the machines and connections are lost again. Much to improve….

App crash when trying to registrate the unit. I can see it’s connected to the Wi-Fi.

Continues to crash every registration attempt! Can see the AC connected to my WiFi but the app is worthless!

Suddenly a message about an update and the connection is lost. Need to reconnect the unit to WiFi - only 500km away from home. Luckily it is not minus 20 outside today. But from now I know not to trust the remote control :(()

Easy to setup and easy to use.

This just don’t work. Can’t connect either manual or via qr-code. I managed to join the devices own network. I could go in to the IP address and see the status. But the app it’s-self cannot join. So completely stupid. This is the worst app and UX that I have seen.

Unable to join heat pump via: 1. WPS 2. Join wifi adapter 3. Preconnect wifi then follow guide on wifi adapter It is as if no one checked if this app actually works. A complete waste of time.

Tried two different phones same result. When adding a new pump to the app the app works fine an the pump connect to the Wi-Fi but at the final stage when the mobile is back on the home Wi-Fi and should do the registration if the heat pump to the account the app crashes. You the end up wit a heat pump connected to the Wi-Fi but not registered to you account. Repeated the procedure a couple of times with different phones and accounts. Same result. Please fix, as this makes the app control useless at the moment. I hope this is a version conflict with the latest iOS and to be solved quickly.

Electrical engineer setting up app connections for 6 hours - nothing works. Have never failed at connecting device before. Great heat exchanger completely ruined by app connectivity.

Just had my air conditioning installed and managed to get both units set up with the app in 10 minutes and and works great with Alexa!
