The coding say something went wrong I update the app and did every thing it said but it is still wrong so fix it :(
I am a DTH connection user have three connections and requested on 24th March to deactivate my connection no - 001 and after multiple follow ups the engineer came home on 1st April and recovery done of setup box for connection 001 and he told that we will receive message for deactivation which never came and after 24 hours to my horror I saw -002 connection was deactivated. When I checked in Airtel app they gave deactivation request for 002. Who is responsible for this mess? After a week of waiting to deactivate can’t your people show some efficiency? I have to pay for one week for connection 001 which was not my fault. When we called numerous times to the customer care did customer care people bothered to check for which connection when we repeatedly told clearly that 001. Now when we called customer care they are asking us to deactivate 001 as well. Who will pay for this absolute blunder mistake done. Is this level of service are you providing to the customer who have multiple connections? If you can’t give proper service for the customer then why you boast about the Airtel brand. I will lose Airtel all connections. Dissatisfied and low level service quality Airtel
There is customer service for the Airtel DTH connection. No option to reach to help center.

If you want useless network, then only go for Airtel. No stable 5G network, Inefficient Customer Care service. Shame on you AirTel I think best tag line for AirTel should be like this:- AirTel:We Provide worst network in India. And your chatbot is working like a cheatbot

The app has all the functionality and it works almost every time flawlessly. It’s just the UI/UX feels outdated, doesn’t compare with the recent design at all. If only you’d make native app for iOS which uses all the new features of newer iOS versions, the app would be PERFECT!
