I am accessing this app from outside India. I was able to login with Indian number, the moment I open the app there is some popup coming from bottom and immediately app crashed its happening always. If the popup delayed I could see the dashboard few sec.. I tried with different device, I was not able to reproduce. Get this fixed asap..
Airtel started the app when other carriers were still on website. In the beginning (few years back) the app experience was not so good, but over the time they have improved a lot. There is still something wrong with the transaction history search in this app. But apart from that, it provides you a seamless experience.
It’s now not so uncommon to have apps which allow seamless cashless existence.. but this was the first for me - first love .. and it’s matured with age .. we stay .. Keep going - all the best !
Rubbish support system, robot system which does not understand question. If reporting a problem with internet connection they say they will send engineer, but no influence on time he comes. I cannot receive engineer during my working hours! Reply to automatic message not possible. High suspicion that internet “problem” exist only to force me to change my plan to higher speed which I do NOT want, never had any problem before they started pestering me to upgrade my internet plan.
How can I activate the reminder notification on my phone.. so that I don’t fail to recharge every month thanks in advance

Gave main account but added prepaid account has not worked for two months as cannot add anymore. After receiving OTP the app revert with ‘there is a technical problem and are engineers have neen notified’....
where can i find data usage in the app?
There is no access to any useful knowledge, only rudimentary bots who don’t understand simple questions. Unacceptable.
