Have it linked up to my ultimate guitar tab app and was having some challenges. Turned out to be operator error. Dan in customer support was very patient and walked me through the entire process and gave me some tips and pointers. Got to speak to real person who stands behind the product. Imagine that. Great job team AirTurn.
I was able to get it to work for a little while but suddenly it stopped working. I have tried everything to get it working again but no success. All I want it to do is advance the page in Setlist Helper or Ultimate Guitar app. Apparently it is capable of far more than that which I believe is part of the problem. I have found the user manual to be pretty much useless and the customer service hasn’t been much better. I guess if you were an engineer or computer programmer it would be fine but I’m neither. I’m going to replace it with something else and send this unit to the train station.
Will not connect to Bluetooth with iOS 16. Works with iOS 15.
I had some issues with my BT-200 being too sensitive and advancing multiple pages. This caused issues when I was accompanying a play last weekend. I discovered this app, and I found out that auto-repeat was on (poor choice for a factory default BTW) and that the debounce time was fairly low. I was able to easily turn off auto repeat and max out the debounce time to 500 ms. I think this will solve my problems with the device. I’ve had my BT-200 for over two years and I just now decided to RTFM and that’s how I found out about this app. I think they should tell you about it very clearly in the Quick Start guide.
Will turn to next tab in Guitar Tabs then blink and go back to first tab. Have tried everything in both the I pad and AirTurn system to try and fix this.
Do not update the app. It gave me an error on my ipad air gen3 and cannot connect anymore.
This app is simple and straightforward. Perfection right out of the box! Couldn’t be more pleased!
app needs a way to disable blinding blue LED. bad idea. BT200 model.
Manual is written from a software designer perspective, like spaghetti, all mixed together full of assumptions that any new user to this type of product will easily understand how to put this product into operation...simply not reality - get a clue AirTurn! Folks, Don’t expect this to be an easy plug and play device. Does not interface with my music sheets on my iPad Pro. One of your goals should be user interface, usability, and plug and play defaults, in this you failed. JeffG Updated 12-9-2021, still a failure. Need easy setting to change left and right plug in pedal switches to perform the desired function, like TURN PAGE LEFT and right pedal switch to TURN PAGE RIGHT, not left pedal up an right down. Software updates change everything and now it won’t work…again.
This will work for one song and then stop working for no reason. Completely undependable and has wasted hours of my life while trying to figure out what’s going on online. Apparently it’s a problem that’s been around for a long time and that they have never fixed. Don’t waste your money or your time.
