I’m experiencing tremendous difficulty trying to connect my BT 200 to my iPad Pro (Generation 6) on my gigs. Not impressed!

Not functioning as it said it would. PowerPoint on iPad Pro used to working but now it’s not after update of new version! Tried to configure but it just not able to run Presentation! Useless!

Doesn’t matter what I do following the manual, AirTurn will not work. Days trying! So frustrating!

None of the apps work in basic form, max subscription cost is required to unlock them. Very unintuitive…..terrible product

Not at all happy. Bought it to use with my iPad and Songbook Pro but pedal doesn’t work. Songbook Pro is providing support.

The app doesn’t behave as it says on the manual. Doesn’t work with Logic transport controls as advertised. Emailed the Airturn support email the guy is just a sales guy has no idea how to fix anything. Submitted a ticket via the in app support and didn’t get a response. Avoid!

Since installing this App the AirTurn no longer pairs with the iPad (and won’t turn pages anymore). Please fix.

I was able to get it to work for a little while but suddenly it stopped working. I have tried everything to get it working again but no success. All I want it to do is advance the page in Setlist Helper or Ultimate Guitar app. Apparently it is capable of far more than that which I believe is part of the problem. I have found the user manual to be pretty much useless and the customer service hasn’t been much better. I guess if you were an engineer or computer programmer it would be fine but I’m neither. I’m going to replace it with something else and send this unit to the train station.

Will not connect to Bluetooth with iOS 16. Works with iOS 15.

I had some issues with my BT-200 being too sensitive and advancing multiple pages. This caused issues when I was accompanying a play last weekend. I discovered this app, and I found out that auto-repeat was on (poor choice for a factory default BTW) and that the debounce time was fairly low. I was able to easily turn off auto repeat and max out the debounce time to 500 ms. I think this will solve my problems with the device. I’ve had my BT-200 for over two years and I just now decided to RTFM and that’s how I found out about this app. I think they should tell you about it very clearly in the Quick Start guide.
