I have used this app twice so far. Once for my cat and once for my dog. I can’t express how much I appreciate their help. Zero wait to chat with someone and always super nice and helpful. I live in a small town with 1 vet so it’s hard to get short notice appointments. Huge relief knowing they are always there to help 🐾💕
