This app is great and super useful in the real world. I recommend getting it if you have a pet. To the developers and product managers of this app: You are missing a critical feature. Photo sharing with the vet during the video session is key because during the call its difficult to get your cat / dog to do what you want immediately making the session not as useful as it could be. Invest in this feature, it will change the flow of the conversation and make it easier for the person seeking help. I should be able to upload a video to the video call "room" so they can view it.
