Love it
Really high quality mesh Wi-Fi for no extra charge and I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy the equipment. What’s not to like?
Can’t login
I was told my mygci.com login would work. It does not. I had to reset my password but kept getting an error on the website. Got a hold of tech support but evidently there is not one but two passwords and a pin. I never have to, want to, or need to login to mygci and evidently the password I had saved was wrong. I finally (on my own) managed to reset my mygci login password. That one does not work with the app even though I was told it would. Reset the password again just to be sure and it still did not work. I have no idea what any but my new login to mygci is. I finally just gave up. The tech guys were working through their restrictions to help me but after about an hour of fighting it I just gave up. All I wanted to do was turn off the wireless function on the modem as I have a better setup. I guess any neighbor that knows the password that comes with the modem will get free Wi-Fi.

Terrible service👎🏽 Tech support wasn’t helpful, customer service was a joke!!!! 3rd time waiting for a tech to unplug and plug in my modem and he hasn’t showed. Why am I paying 215$ for a cell phone with internet??
Internet Slow
The screen keeps freezing while trying to watch an Apple TV app, frustrating….. this has not been an issue before.
Standard Terrible GCI Product
Devices constantly disconnect automatically since being forced to use this app.
