If it works ..
When it works, it’s good. But it rarely works for me. It just won’t connect. Thus my software is out of date & I need to email Akaso to fix it. I’ve bought a card reader to download photos / videos but that doesn’t fix the update issue.
Crashes constantly
I just go my Akaso Go and the app has crashed every single time I open it
WI-FI upload speeds are useless to be used practically
It’s really really bad, it takes about 6 minutes to upload a 10 second video through the wifi connection. In addition, none of the settings that you change transfer to the camera. Why did they release this to the market when it’s this bad?
Waste of space on phone
Followed all the prompts to connect to my phone to add device doesn’t even connect my phone waste of an app on a phone
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing every time I try and download a video to an iPad.
Too Hard
This app requires account login to perform the most basic functions such as camera settings. Login also requires enabling location services. No app of this nature should require compulsory location services. The whole thing feels like spyware. Zero star rating.
Perfect for my purposes
I received one as a Christmas gift to help with my self made music videos and I have to say… for the price and for shooting interesting material it’s perfect.

The user interface, app, Ang ability to UPDATE firmware are a maze. This camera has so much potential. But support is lacking. Hero 10 better in every way. Yes more $ but a much easier customer experience.
