I have downloaded the video, once click on edit the program still can run and view the video, when you want to do editing or add some text it become hang.

Now I can download the video normally. but After downloading, I found that the 4k 30 video has become 1024p Hope this will be fixed soon Keep downloading freely to play 4k. Thank you very much if you can fix this problem

Please fix as all downloaded video in iphone is unplayable. Also when download multiple videos app will crash. Please, decent action cam, but please fix the app as well. Thank you

I try to download the video but it appears error “Failed to save. Please check the phone storage space” . My iPhone memory is more than 50% free space. Please fix it..!

The app says you have to connect it to the correct WiFi but when I connect it to that it says it has a software update which doesn’t work so I have to connect it to the stronger WiFi connection but then you can’t even make the update, even though I already updated it. Please fix this.

Hi Akaso, I have a problem when selecting all EIS video to download. Tips show “Video with anti shake tags do not support .." Th only way for me to download EIS videos just by downloading EIS videos one by one. Akaso, Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

The user interface, app, Ang ability to UPDATE firmware are a maze. This camera has so much potential. But support is lacking. Hero 10 better in every way. Yes more $ but a much easier customer experience.
