بعد ما نهيت أول كتاب وبدأت الكتاب الجديد بيرجع دائما للقديم لما بشغل الابليكيشن من جديد و حاولت التواصل مع خدمت العملاء بيقول إن الايميل بتاعي غلط مع إنه نفس الايميل إللي مشتركه بيه. الخدمة سيئه جدا

unprofessional, too expensive
App has detected my ip address that I am current in Europe and based on my location they now charge almost 60 euros for annual subscription. Customer service were written but without success, on my last mail with the customer service came no answer at all.
الرجاء اصلاح العطل !!
غريب التطبيق احمل الكتاب لكنه لا يعمل الا في المقدمات دفعت اشتراك شهري ولكنه لايقرأ فقط المقدمات !!!!!!

Good application, yet the books should be more
برنامج جيد
البرنامج جيد ويستحق 5 نجوم لكن الأذن تشمئز من الاخطاء النحوية التي يرتكبها بعض القراء. المرجو ان تهتموا بهذا الجانب.
الادب العربي ينفض الغبار عن نفسه
الحمدلله، ارى ان الاقبال (ولو كان قليلاً جداً) على الكتب والروايات من قبل جيلنا الشبابي الجديد بدا يرتفع، والكل يعلم ان الامم اذا ارادت ان تنهض فعليها ان تقرا وتثقف نفسها فالثقافة سلاح فكري .. اراهن ان هذا الجيل والاجيال القادمة ستكون اكثر وعياً وستنهض بواقعنا العربي بعيداً عن اي مسميات طائفية او قومية لانها بقرائتها واطّلاعها على الكتب وضلوعها في الادب تساهم في محو الجهل والافكار البالية من شعوبنا .. التطبيق رائع، معلقين اروع، استمروا رجائا ً❤️
Good collection but critical features missing
The library is good, it alone was nearly convincing me to subscribe, but when diving into any book page, critical information are missing, like book duration and a reviews section. My advice to the team is to keep the god focus on expanding the library with more popular books, and add these two mentioned features ASAP, they hurting your conversion, a lot. I didn’t dive into the listening experience, yet. Will update my review when/if I do so.
