This is one of the best app so far. It’s seamless and easy to use.
The app facial recognition doesn’t work I changed my phone now I can’t log into the app anymore I have spent over 20 hours troubleshooting and the contact agent are not even helpful. Useless bank and app overall.
The app needs some serious improvement and remove facial recognition to login cause it’s not working for me and app keeps havein errors
When I tried to log into the app it kept on saying transient error.. I had to try several times before it worked.. also I can’t fill in my residential address details.. the local area and city tabs are empty and I can’t manually fill it in myself and it is also tagged as a required field…This app still has a lot of work to be done and for a financial app, Im not sure I can trust it yet
I love the fact that I could manage my investment myself especially as am not in the Country. Good rate on investment and super easy to navigate. Nice one here
When am trying to register the app automatically closes....I’ve tried it so many times it still does the same thing
I used the app in light mode and dark mode. Perfect in light mode, although in dark mode it gets light. Secondly, once you enter your goal page, one would get stock there why? The control Center below disappeared
Why am I not saving my in and out of the month please , or I’m I the one bot seeing it ?
This app is really annoying to be very honest. My phone was stolen and I had to get a new one. I’ve tried accessing my account on this device but it’s not even working once the biometrics is completed it goes ahead to show error and I’ve changed the password lots of times just to access the account but it’s of no use. I complained to customer care but they’re not doing anything about. It’s such a shame and disappointment that this kind of thing will happen and they still haven’t been able to resolve it till today. My only savior is my atm card and even before I got this card I had to keep on calling them and it took 4-6 months before I could get my card which is very bad. Please this issue has to be resolved soon enough abeg
How long does it take to upgrade an account to tier 3 and allow me have access to my money? What the hell is wrong with you guys? You’ll don’t deserve any ratings at all…you’re the worst bank ever, for real. I’m closing my account as soon as I get my money back
