I don’t understand what is going on I have been trying to send money to someone buts giving me debit restricted if it was that I have not been using the app I will understand but they have no reason to restrict my debit y do they keep collecting money when I cannot send it to another account this is rubbish

Ever since the last 2 updates, I have been unable to access my Alat mobile banking application. Each time I try launching the app, it just closes without a notification or a pop up. Please fix the issue, as I have important transactions pending

Great card came in time before I left Naija on holiday as the card I got years back already expired

There was a recent glitch with the App and since then I have not being able to access the app with Facetime! I have recently updated the app but it’s not budging!!

Alat has been a game changer for me but I am having problem recently when I changed my phone. I cannot receive OTP code so can’t use the service since August. Spoke, emailed, charted with customer support but no one seems to have an answer to my request.
