IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Effective July 1st 2017 mobile telecommunication providers are required by law to check the identity of a user prior to to activating any prepaid SIM. Subsequently now an identity check is required in addition to registration. This can be done easily by video identification. Please have your valid ID ready when entering the video session.

Need directions in English!
Thank goodness for the kindness of people around otherwise, I never would’ve gotten through this process. The directions need to be in other languages for travelers. This process was so confusing and frustrating. Again, I only got through this because of the help of people who fluently read German.
