App not allowing sign in
Aldi mobile service is great - the app not so much. It doesn’t automatically sign me in nor does my partners app. I have an iPhone he has a Samsung . Very frustrating and inconvenient .

You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au
The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.
ALDImobile is provided by MEDIONmobile, ALDI's exclusive technology partner.

Update for eSIM and 24/7 Customer care support
Everything is very smooth and convenient.. I’m in because of Telstra network.. Please don’t change your network provider.. I’m really happy with the sim … When you upgrade to eSim I’ll give 5 star for sure..
Repeated Epic Fails on AutoRecharge
March 2024 charged me double and gave wrong support advice onInitial start up but got refund after a bit of frustration. May 2024 just had 2nd failure of Auto Recharge in 3 months. No access to support at all but they give access to the internet so they can take more money via a manual Recharge. Unacceptable support system non existent due to erroneous “zero credit” status. Aldi do better or myself, my wife and my son will return to Telstra Prepaid. Rather pay a little more for a service that doesn’t leave you high and dry!

terrible. can’t recharge without wifi, login always glitches. absolutely pathetic
iPhone update, Aldi Data won’t work
iPhone update 17.3.1 now data from Aldi is slow and just roaming can’t use apps. Everything is updated and reset still not working properly. Everytime iPhone has update the Aldi data doesn’t work. Very annoying! Please fix when there are updates.
