This app does never work! This is so frustrating, i can’t log in, or make changes but it can always bill you each month— and they never try to make this app beter, it’s been years like this.

The Sldi App was great for a few years then after a particular upgrade it stopped working. Have deleted and reloaded a number of times since with no success. Am also unhappy that the only easy payment method is by credit card. My card has been hacked so many times that I set up a separate account with a credit card, which I only use to pay this bill. The bank is about to cancel this account nationwide so I will lose the credit card, but am told that it is the only sumner method that Aldi will accept. I cannot pay a monthly $25 bill by direct debit. Totally ridiculous.

They just repeated the same phrase

I can log in on my computer but the app won’t recognise my log in details 😒

I have Mobile service and lost data rollover at extremely problematic moments. The Adli system turns off the auto recharge for no reason, completely in communicated to the customer, when plan changes roll out or after an update. The is extremely poor behaviour. I’m not the only person impacted and it needs to stop.

Theres only total available data in the app dashboard. Need to also include data balance so we can keep track of how much is remaining before next recharge. I’m using aldimobile on iphone. Please add this feature for customer ease of use.

How can you have a mobile plan app without any data tracking ?

Don’t get the family plan. It took me over 3 days to set it up and endless calls back to them. Customer service were always subpar and unhelpful. No matter how distressed I sounds or plead they just don’t understand. I really regret changing to this company. Now to leave this family plan I have to individually take everyone off the plan that will take days too! The worst way so you almost can’t leave. I’m so traumatised by this that I would never join a family plan again especially from ALDImobile.

The app works well and my coverage is great. But I’d really like to see my usage history as well as my funds balance? Currently all I see is how much data is left. It would be useful if I could see how much data I’ve used and when? I have a data only plan. Thanks 😀📲

Aldi mobile service is great - the app not so much. It doesn’t automatically sign me in nor does my partners app. I have an iPhone he has a Samsung . Very frustrating and inconvenient .
