Glitchy and unreliable
We bought four sets for skiing, and not one works without issues such as:
- music randomly cutting in and out
- being in a live group but not being able to hear the rest of the group unless you’re unmuted (annoying for everyone else)
- being in a live group but not being able to hear anyone else at all
- app crashing
- group members who are live not being visible on map
Emailed support multiple times and received no response. When it works it’s great, but for us this was about 20% of the time and even then it didn’t work perfectly.
Useless to speak during a ride
Bought two sets of punks on kickstarter. Using a set as headphones for music or an ordinary phone call is fine. But when we set the second set up for talking during a bike ride they are useless. Sound is intermittent and broken up, totally impossible to hear what the other person is saying. Cannot turn them off completely. Tried to contact support but received no response whatsoever. So glad I paid for yet another kickstarter promise which fails to deliver and the manufacturer washes their hands of the problem

App looks really clean and the new updated PTT works so well with the Aleck 006 headset. So glad you improved the connection process from the last app, it’s so easy with the step by step setup in app! Great job!
