Been struggling to connect my bike via app and Bluetooth but just managed after many attempts.

I like the app but very basic with only a few functions, it doesn’t need a lot but it would be good to see: After a ride it doesn’t appear to store the ride data unless I’m missing something. It would be good if the time/distance left in the battery in various modes could be shown like it is in my wife’s Trek TQ app. The power/assistance adjust is on a graph & looks good & not too bad to alter but again the Trek app has individual sliding scales for each adjustment which just makes it a bit more simple. Maybe this could be an add on in the future.

Great App once it’s up and running, took a few attempts to connect now it’s great glad I waited to review what would have been 2 stars is now easily 5

Trying to connect my phone to my bike for the first time was a bit of a task got there in the end 👍😁🤘

It is not possible to change from km/h to mp/h.

Just updated to latest version but now unable to pair with the bike at all. Keep getting asked for pairing code, Reise & Muller tell me it’s 123456 but that’s not recognised.

All firmware up to date. App connects fine via Bluetooth. Took a while to work out how to select and update a profile but now I know how to do it, it’s fine. Could be more user friendly just on that very important item as I was pulling my hair out for ages. A update new profile button would be ideal.

Cannot push the updated profiles all firmware currently up to date the app connects to the bike easily but the message “ cannot push profile please try again”. Have tried shutting down iPhones Bluetooth finds the Trek domane + easily system shows all firmware upto date. The rider app works fine and that to shows all current firmware up to date and I never have both connected at same time.

Good app, shame about connection issues. Will not update profiles. Tried support guidance to reconnect, done this several times now. Bikes has latest firmware installed.

In principle this is great app. The ability to change the power differentials without plugging it into a computer would be great - but only if the app would reliably connect with the Fazua system on the bike and stay connected. The app looks good and I’m impressed with the variety of presets. The app is also easy to navigate. Just sort out the connectivity.
