DELIVERY FEE
Not customer friendly application, unable to expand product info, confusing check out, unjustified delivery fee, please remember there is fierce competition in this small market.
Bad customer service
When you have any issue with them , you need wait more one week to solve it and they don’t care about customer , they treat you like a dog . I not recommend any one buy from them ,because you will have suffering tour with them
OUT OF STOCK
Everytime you make an order on discounted items, it always is out of stock and they provide alternatives for you to still proceed with making the order. The one that you wish to order is out of stock and you had already paid. What a big scam

The offers before was really good but last 3 months the offers started being worse and useless, as other delivery apps offering much better offers 🙃
اسواء تجربه لا ينصح به
لا ينصح به ، خدمتهم سيئة و عدم احترافية في الخدمه ، ولو ان الطلب تاخر لا يوجد اي ردت فعل Not recommended, their service is bad and unprofessional, and even if the order is delayed, there is no response.
يرفعوا الاسعار🙃
كانت خدمتهم شو حلاتها ، فجأة حطوا رسوم توصيل ل لأغلب المتاجر.. و الحين يرفعوا الأسعار في المتاجر نفسها مثلاً في فيفا السلعه بـ 1.5 هم حاطينها بـ1.9 .. الشي بسيط لكن يفرق مع الكميات بعدين هم اصلاً ماخذين رسوم توصيل ليش يرفعوا الأسعار و خصوصاً على المنتجات المُخفضة في المتاجر .
