Please use ICA application to submit all your vaccination certificates then your Al Hosn will be updated automatically. I had exactly same issue. Regards, Suresh Choudhary
Wrong informations and no updates
As I had both doses for vaccination long time ago but only one dose is showing! And I called Alhosn to update and nothing has changed! Still showing only one dose! unfortunately no one helped and changed it till now!
Horrible
Support doesn’t work. Call the call centre and they don’t know what to do. This app is a NIGHTMARE and the support is a merry go around. “Call this” “go there” “do that”. I’ve been working on this paperwork for 4 days now = ZERO results. Don’t even bother with app support
Terrible App
This app has clearly skipped QA in the process of making it, This is an example of what can go wrong when you try to get software projects out the door as fast and cheap as possible Terrible user experience, full of bugs that are very obvious violations of best practices of design, the analysts clearly didn’t spend much time thinking of common workflows and use cases, QA (if any QA work was actually done) didn’t spend much time testing this system for integration defects and validation errors,, and the result is a clunky app and a horrible user experience It’s simply a disaster!

The app is very buggy and does not let me input covid vaccines from other countries as im here as a tourist. How'd that slip their mind lol pretty bad overall. Yall are doing too much with these apps smfh

Download the UAE pass app and the ICA app and then it’ll connect to AlHosn.
Complete failure
UAE government will have fun trying to recover Covid losses through tourism when this app DOES NOT WORK FOR TOURISTS and prevents you from visiting all decent attractions. Not a great time to visit Abu Dhabi unless you like sitting in your hotel room day after day trying to get the app to work.

As a tourist this is the worst possible app you can ever imagine. I have been vaccinated but it wont show on the app. I also have done 4 pcr tests simce coming into a u dhabi and only one is showing on the app. Obviously my app is not showing green so i cannot go anywhere. Thank you for ruinning my vacation. They also have no technical support to help with any issues
