Didn’t work for visitors . Let go back with paper

I can’t inter my French phone number the number before my number is this from UAE and we can’t change from the French number

I cannot understand how a modern state like Abu Dhabi can have a such dysfunctional app. Totally unusable, way too complicated Tourists and residents need a 2 years diploma study to maybe be able to use it!

Need to wait until you entered the UAE to get the unique ID. You can do it via the ICA site. Then, you need to add a mobile number via the ICA site. However, it does not accept foreign numbers. The app says use the “no number” option, but there is no such option. Totally unusable.

Cannot sign up or register our phone number in the app (no country code selection). It needs a major upgrade to become usable.

Impossible to put à mobile phone number other than with a prefix 00971. Please help.

It’s impossible to create an account … I’ve tried on the website and the app and nothing works ! Helpppp?!?
