Can't do International transfer

Is very sad I can't transfer money from my account to another country

أسوأ بنك وأسوأ تجربة على الاطلاق

مشاكلهم كثيرة ، فحأة تلاقي عندك بطاقة تسحب من فلوسك وانت ماطلبتها، خدمة العملاء ما يتجاوبون ابدا، ارقام التواصل الطاريء مايردون عليها ، ولا الايميل ولاحساباتهم في اي مكان، مشاكل تطبيقهم اكثر من فوايده واذا راجعنا البنك الموظفين لاااازم يورطونك بشي با يعطونك معلومة غلط تنكبك يا فجأة تلاقي نفسك في اجراءات لها اول مالها اخر

I wish to add quick access to the app as soon as possible

Face id

I am traveling across Europe, the issue with this app is that it asks for the code sent to the mobile number all the time which is hard to get since I am outside saudi + there is no face ID as wellto make life easier. The previous one was perfect it had a face ID which allowed me to use the app even if I was traveling. Please take that into consideration since you provide a traveling Visa.
