I am a first time sender of Alinma Pay, I sent my koney last Nov. 5, 2023, until now I did not receive my money. I already exited from KSA, I emailed thwm and contacted thru Social Media. But no one is communicating with me. I don't have any access to my Alinma Pay and Stc Mobile number since my IQAMA has been expired.

Your system is still under maintenance?? Why my transaction is processed but in my account it was not credited.. I transfer alinma pay to akinma bank account it been processed but it was not credited in my account.. I try again 4 hours ago its working but why my transaction yesterday was not processed?????? 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They are doing upgrade but they want you to use the app and do transaction that never succeed and then your money is gone . Almost everyday calling they just saying sorry and wait 24 hours and call again. For me like other app if the upgrade is important why not temporary close the app and don't let anyone to log in and do transaction that you know taht it will fail. Customer money cannot be retrieved for several days and its to be used for emergency.

poor services when it comes to handle case, i have an complaints remittance until now they dont know the issue, their customer services is very aggressive when you follow your complaint, they will close your complaint without any reason that your case was closed.

very convenient to all alinma bank customer to transfer money very easily and to make it more easier for us to send money via alinma pay to our country.. very helpful to people especially those who don't need to come for sending money to other services.. absolutely helpful to everyone amazing services as always 😇👍🏻 more than 5star i can give

It doesn’t work most of the time. The only time I was able to open it was when I registered. After that no more. If only I can give zero star I would! Please improve your syatem.
