App having an issue

Dear team it’s always showing some error every time

Can’t transfer money

I can’t transfer internationally what I do now

Customer support is very poor

Unable reach customer care for last two days even after waiting for complete one hour in a call. My international transfer is done but not transferred to the beneficiary account yet. Tried to transfer the balance amount from the wallet to my local account also failing stating that reached max limit but I have the daily limit of 20,000. Please open any channel to discuss thru call or WhatsApp or chat service..

Made transfer 3 days ago and still not received in beneficiary’s account, trying to call customer service and all agents are busy from yesterday no one answer. It is an emergency fund Please assist. Reference number: EPY24091Q4CLP

To much Transfer Time

I made transfer money wia Alinma Pay to INDIA 4 days complete still not received sending account

Hopeless App

No instructions as how to add a beneficiary. So far I got 15-times error message while making an international transfer to India on different combinations like beneficiary name etc. Where are the instructions as how to add the beneficiary. Quick and superb but need small improvements.

Dear Team, This app is very user friendly and supportive. Just need some improvement to be done for sometime it’s throwing the error codes and not responding. If possible create (i) information menu for new joiners .
