Customer service

I would not recommend this app as the customer service line no one picks up the line you will have to wait a very long time and you will not be able to manage your booking such as cancel or change the date online you will have to call them so I do not see the point of putting an app in the first place so do not bather downloading this app.

التطبيق سيء

للتطبيق سيء جداً.. لا يوفر وصف كامل للغرف ولا يقدم صور كذلك .. تستعرض غرف فندق من الفنادق وتحصل جونيور سويت بس ماتعرف وش محتوياته أو عدد الغرف أو الأسرة.. حجزت عن طريقهم مرة باستخدام كود الخصم واكتشفت ان السعر بعد الخصم مماثل لمنصات ثانية بدون خصم !!

اسعار مبالغ جدا فيها بنسبه مرابحه لا تقل عن ٩٠٪؜!!!

في برنامج Skyscanner رحله من الرياض الى لندن رايح جاي تكلف ١٥٠٠ ريال تقريبا، وفي برنامج المطار تصل الى ٣٠٠٠ ريال!!! مع العلم انها لنفس التواريخ ونفس رقم الرحله!! هل يعقل في ناس تحجز من التطبيق هذا ؟ ويقولك تقدر تقصدها على راحتك؟ الدفعه الاولى الي راح تدفعها ممكن تكون سعر التذكره كامل في البرامج الثانيه! يا رجل حرام عليكم!!!!!!!!!!!! طبعا جاي من اعلان مشاهير الفلس!!
