I am utterly appalled by Saudia’s lack of care and support. After booking my original flights with Saudia, they changed my itinerary to KLM without consulting me, despite knowing I was pregnant. This change led to a missed connection due to a delay, leaving me stranded overnight in a foreign country. Saudia did absolutely nothing to assist me when I reached out for help. Their negligence in ensuring my journey was safe and comfortable as a pregnant traveler is unacceptable. Once they handed my travel over to KLM, they washed their hands of any responsibility, ignoring my situation entirely. The fact that they moved my flight to another airline without offering any follow-up care or oversight shows a complete disregard for customer well-being. If you’re looking for an airline that values its passengers, especially those in vulnerable situations, Saudia is not it. Their lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service is disgraceful. I won’t be flying with them again.

The Saudia luggage handling is pathetic. There were no responsible person in the airport BHX on 12/12/2024 when it landed 12 pm. Many of the travelers miss their luggage and waited in the baggage claim area belt number 5 about 2 and half hour and realised the baggage not come through. They don’t care about the valuables and time and even not notified.

Dream come true

Brilliant airline. I was surprised that they arranged a birthday cake for my son . He celebrated his 20th birthday while travelling from Jeddah to Dubai. Thank you so much .

Such a pathetic airline, I booked my flight that was 13 hours of total duration but it is now changed to 24+ hours wasting my holiday and you can’t even book extra luggage on the app, it is always greyed out. This was my first and last time using this service. So disappointed 😔
