You can choose between two subscription options: pay month by month, or commit to your training with Alpha Progression for a year and receive a discount! When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free two-week trial period.
During your trial period you can use all of the Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the trial period and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the App Store.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the subscription length if you do not cancel it via the App Store at least 24 hours before its end.

This app is just great, but I don’t like having my phone at all times at the gym. To be awesome it needs an Apple Watch app to log in our workouts!

I heard about this app from a German Youtuber and I was fascinated by the functionality and simplicity of this app. I can have my weekly or monthly plan organized and measure my progress in the loads in each training. I recommend it a lot !

The best workout app I’ve tried yet. It’s not only great for tracking my workouts, but also for planning them with its built-in suggestions. And it tells you when it thinks you should be upping your reps or weight on each exercise, which is an amazing reminder to keep pushing yourself. I also love that you can easily access tips about form and execution (in both video and text) for each exercise in your program. They’ve got good tracking features with graphs that make it easy to check if you’re making progress on a particular muscle group or exercise from week to week. The free version is perfectly usable for months, which is how I used it in the beginning, and the premium features are just the icing on the cake if you like the app. I love it, congrats for all the work!!

Ich nutze die App nun seit mehreren Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. So zufrieden, dass ich sie bereits Freunden und Trainingskolleginnen empfohlen habe. Sie bietet großartige Funktionen und hat mein Training spürbar verbessert. Allerdings würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn die App eine bessere Integration mit der Apple Watch hätte, insbesondere die Möglichkeit, Sätze bequem auf der Watch zu bestätigen und die Satzpausen angezeigt zu bekommen. In meinem Fitnessstudio wird es nicht gerne gesehen, wenn man zwischen den Sätzen am Handy ist, daher wäre diese Funktionalität ein großer Vorteil. Trotzdem bin ich der App treu geblieben, da ich hoffe, dass diese Funktion in Zukunft integriert wird. Ich habe Vertrauen in die vielen positiven Bewertungen und freue mich darauf, diese Funktion bald nutzen zu können. Für den Test neuer Features stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung!
