Altibbi - الطبي

I had a highly disappointing experience with the Altibbi app. Their professionalism and responsiveness were severely lacking. Initially, they require you to pay for the subscription, which seemed reasonable. However, after this initial payment, I was continually forced to pay additional fees for their services. The technical team was unhelpful and only seemed interested in extracting more money. Whenever I raised an issue, their response was consistently to demand more payments instead of addressing my concerns. They never listened to my problems and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, the service felt like a scam where the primary goal was to get you to pay multiple times without providing any real value. I would not recommend Altibbi to anyone looking for reliable and respectful medical services.

سباكين بس يضيعون الوقت كم العمر ويسألك مره ثاني اين تسكن

After they withdraw the $1 service fee, they withdraw another amount and tell you that you did not cancel the subscription and they choose the most expensive package for you as they please. They are scammers and thieves. I do not recommend them at all.

دافع اعلى فئه بمقابل خدمه سيئه واجوبه سطحيه كل مره يسألك كم عمرك وطول ووزنك ومعلوماتي عندهم عشان يضيعون وقت وتنتهي الجلسه امس انتظر دكتور ساعه ونص ولا دخل وعندي دليل ملموس اتمنى من وزاره الصحه التحقيق حول هذا التطبيق وصحه خدماته داخل مملكتنا العزيزه

تطبيق فاشل ومستنزف للمال

I consulted last month and I was never told that I’ll be deducted the next month and then out of no where I’m deducted and yet I’m not using the service. Is that justice
