Highly not recommended
I had a highly disappointing experience with the Altibbi app. Their professionalism and responsiveness were severely lacking. Initially, they require you to pay for the subscription, which seemed reasonable. However, after this initial payment, I was continually forced to pay additional fees for their services. The technical team was unhelpful and only seemed interested in extracting more money. Whenever I raised an issue, their response was consistently to demand more payments instead of addressing my concerns. They never listened to my problems and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, the service felt like a scam where the primary goal was to get you to pay multiple times without providing any real value. I would not recommend Altibbi to anyone looking for reliable and respectful medical services.
