Do not download it, after you do purchase and sign in you can only ply one video after which it will keep asking you to do subscription again and again to view more videos... money wasted not reimbursed.

Today I did 3 months subscription from my iPhone. There are 3 steps for it- select pack-pay-start watching. I selected the pack and done payment but after continue it always giving pop up “you have been subscribed. For cancel and review go to manage or click ok. After ok also ITA not going to next step. Why am I not blue to start watch the episodes if I have done the payment?? Need clarification. Help it out.

I purchase one month subscription but download option is still not seen, i already send the mail, and query but customer care is not responding. Don’t buy this app. Waste of money.
Subscription amount paid and yet unable to access content
Subscribed for the monthly pack and yet when I login to the app, it asks me to subscribe. Are you guys running some racket or fraud?
Strange behaviour
Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to the premium version of an app. However, I encountered an issue because it did not prompt me with the usual pop-up message instructing me to press the appropriate button on my Apple phone. Typically, when you make any app purchases on the Apple platform, you are guided to press the correct button on your Apple device to confirm and activate the subscription. Unfortunately, this particular app did not display such a prompt for me. Additionally, the only payment method available was Apple Pay, which is not even available in India. Despite this, I clicked on the option, and the subscription was somehow activated. I received an email from the alternative team indicating that the purchase was processed through iTunes. However, the money has not been deducted from my iTunes account, and I am puzzled as to why this is the case. Although the premium features are active, and I can access premium videos, the payment has not been reflected in my iTunes account. Furthermore, the app subscription details are missing from my subscriptions list and are not visible in the media and purchase section either.
