WORST APP EVER!!
IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF GETTING SUBSCRIPTION PLEASE READ THIS FIRST !! First of all, I tried to contact your developer team in November (19/2021) and I got email back saying due to high demand we will get back to you in 48 hours. Looks like team at ALTBalaji doesn’t have a watch in the office. It’s been 6 and half months (30th may 2022) as of today. Secondly, I subscribed again to watch some videos after subscription went through app crashed and when I went back in the app it was showing me you need subscription to watch videos. Get your things together ALTBalaji.

Shame on Alt for liking abusive tweet for a girl who is no where linked to their webseries to grab the attention. Unsubscribed and deleted and swear to never return to this app. Highly disappointed.
Cannot access the app
I purchased the 3 months subscription plan, the money even deducted from my bank but not being able to access the app!
Worst app ever
I usually have to travel by train so bought the subscription so that I can download it and watch whenever I want to. But even the downloaded videos take time to buffer and load, even after you pay and you get such services not worth it. Also, stops working automatically and in phone screen you can’t see it on full screen :( .
