Amãna Bank

The Amana bank app doesn’t even deserve one star. Everything about the app from login to transaction and reports are bad. I don’t even want to waste time writing a review but, I am doing as a contribution to protect Islamic Banking. Please can someone with responsibility in this App call me? I will explain the user difficulties so the app can be improved and we will continue to be Amana bank customers.

The worst application in this bank. Don't use this.

Worst bank in Sri Lanka which I have had accounts at.

Worst app ! Compared to other banking apps. One and only app which is still in 2010s.

I was using the app from the very beginning and I do most of my online transactions through this app. For the past year or so, I’m experiencing an issue when typing zeros. Its really hard for me and I edit several times and keep checking always. I don’t feel it’s user friendly now so pls attend to my issue and rectify it since I have to switch to another bank app to use it.

1. The UI has to be redesigned as the UI is dark and gloomy. 2. Option to take PDF receipts at any time after the transaction should be facilitated. 3. In non-favourite transers to other banks, the receipt should include beneficiary’s name and the bank. 4. There should be a summary of all necessary details pertaining to the beneficiary in order to review beneficiary details. 5. Too many “Request Time-out” errors resulting in unable to get a PDF receipt making it unreliable for a transaction that needs a receipt.

Can’t even type the amount during an online transfer!? Worst UI for a banking app. Not user friendly

Nothing smooth!!!

Dear Developer, The App has many bugs where app close when try get Receipt, some time it’s shows “Timeout” and app get close. Sometime is not generating the report of pdf that time couldn’t send the money transferred conformation. Very disappointing
